Returns
We accept returns exclusively in the event of:
- Damaged condition or with a manufacturing defect (e.g., print imperfections).
To maintain quality assurance, a valid unboxing video is required to initiate and process any return request. Requests without this will not be eligible.
Size Exchanges
We offer a seamless size exchange experience for fit-related concerns.
- A Fee of ₹100 is applicable to cover two-way shipping logistics.
- Replacement orders are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
